Join Our Building Surveying Team

We are seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial Project Management and Cost Consultancy team in London. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will work closely with our Project Management team and handle instructions for professional work.

Our company is known for its strong pipeline of work and has a team of 25 professional staff split across two offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or APC-qualified Building Surveyor to take the next step in their career or for a Chartered Surveyor looking to add a project management element to their work.

The ideal candidate will have a RICS degree and ideally be newly Chartered or on the APC pathway. A minimum of one year's post-graduation experience is required. You will work across a range of sectors, including Residential, Commercial fit-out and refurb, and Healthcare projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE, plus bonus, healthcare, pension, and car allowance (if qualified). If you are a motivated and experienced Building Surveyor looking for a new challenge, please apply.
