Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home in Sleaford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
About the Role:- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as washing, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Encourage residents to maintain their independence and promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Complete daily charts to a high standard, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Willingness to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
- Good reason or experience that has drawn you to care
- Live within 20 minutes of the Home
- One year's experience of working in a residential or nursing home (preferred)

St Andrew's is a lovely nursing and care home located in the village of Ewerby, near Sleaford. We provide personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.
