MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY SPECIALIST

JOIN A PRESTIGIOUS AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE ORGANIZATION AS A MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY SPECIALIST ON A FIXED TERM CONTRACT

  • On-site position

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key member of our team, you will engage in the mechanical and electrical assembly of advanced armoured vehicles. Your role will involve utilizing various hand and pneumatic tools, alongside jigs, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Integration and assembly of intricate systems
  • Interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Conducting quality assurance and performance evaluations
  • Participating in other production activities related to high-value equipment

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Vehicle Assembly Technician, Armoured Vehicle Technician, Aircraft Assembly Technician, Mechanical Fitter, or a comparable position.
  • Experience in assembling heavy or large vehicles
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to work full-time hours
  • Completion of training requirements
