Care Manager

Your leadership skills, combined with your knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social care, will be instrumental in creating a supportive and empowering environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and support.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident, in collaboration with the individuals and their families.
* Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they meet the changing needs of the residents.
* Foster a culture of positive communication and teamwork among staff members.
* Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous professional development.
* Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, such as local authorities and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* Registered Manager designation with a recognized healthcare regulatory body.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar care setting.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in social care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
