Job Overview

Sodexo Live is seeking a highly skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team at the Fulham Pier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing an unparalleled customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and new trends.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, bespoke creations, and wine and beer selections.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and health and safety standards are met.
  • Train and mentor junior bar staff on cocktail preparation techniques, drink presentation, and service etiquette.
  • Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and well-stocked.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing laws, including age verification procedures, and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Mixologist in a high-end establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Strong customer service abilities and excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Licensing Laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
  • A passion for mixology and keeping up to date with industry trends.
