Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Tomlin Personnel Ltd. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the UK to various manufacturing sites and other similar locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Class 1 HGV vehicle to transport goods across the UK
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Meet all relevant licensing and certification requirements, including a valid HGV Class 1 Licence, up-to-date CPC, and Digi card
  • Develop and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 Licence
  • Up-to-date CPC and Digi card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, Saturdays, and Sundays
