About the Role:

  • Provide operational and motivational leadership to Occupational Therapy and social care staff.
  • Supervise and manage a small caseload of complex cases.
  • Offer guidance, support, and expert advice to colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of person-centred care and support plans.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration.
  • Experience of working in a statutory health or social care setting.
  • Proven ability to undertake complex OT assessments and interventions.
