Clinical Education Lead and Speciality Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Education Lead and Speciality Pharmacist to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced practicing pharmacist with leadership in pharmacy and a passion for education to shape the delivery of our multi-sector foundation programme.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with Health Board sites and Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) to ensure the successful delivery of the multi-sector foundation programme.
- Provide clinical services on site, including dispensary, ward-based clinical care, and prescribing services where applicable.
- Collaborate with other professional group leads (medical, nursing, and allied health professions) in the planning and delivery of multi-professional education.
This is a senior role within the Health Board, responsible for shaping the delivery of our multi-sector foundation programme. The post holder will have a senior education lead and expert role at Morriston hospital and will also provide clinical services on site.
Requirements- GPhC registrant
- PGDip or equivalent
- Experience in clinical supervision, specialist pharmacy, and quality improvement or research
- Ability to challenge trainees and provide teaching and assessment across settings
