Job Opportunity:

Taylor Root is seeking a highly skilled Media Lawyer to join their Commercial Litigation Group in London.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years PQE and strong academic credentials, with experience in handling complex cases from pre-action stages to trial and appeal. They will work independently on smaller cases and support larger, more complex litigation matters in collaboration with senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a wide variety of contentious matters, including regulatory work, interim injunctions, and arbitration.
  • Provide clients with pragmatic, commercially driven solutions.

Industry Expertise:

The Commercial Litigation team advises clients on a comprehensive range of expertise, including:

  • Pre-dispute, strategic 'litigation avoidance' advice
  • Pre-action advice and dispute resolution strategies
  • Interim injunctions
  • Trial litigation and all aspects of appeals
  • Regulatory work, including industry-specific tribunals and appeals
  • Mediation, arbitration, and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
