Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Pinner. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors to gain independence in their daily lives.
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, and inducting new colleagues.
  • Ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances and access community resources.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team that provides a welcoming and friendly environment for our service users.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and service users.
