About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching and learning in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with students, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Manage classroom resources and materials to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience
  • Accompany students on educational trips and visits, promoting social skills and learning opportunities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Participate in therapeutic training sessions and reflective practice to enhance your skills and knowledge
