As a Trainee R&D Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team working with experienced support technicians and systems administrators. You will undergo a two-year recognized program designed to develop your skill set, fuel your ambition, and provide in-depth training.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the R&D team to troubleshoot complex technical issues across intricate environments.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills and learn new technologies to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively.
- 7 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 9-5 or A-C including Math's and English.
- 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-B in a mathematical or science subject (e.g. Math's, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science).
- Competitive salary with increments to £24K at the end of year 1 and £28K at the end of year 2.
- Holiday entitlement starting at 25 days, incrementing by 1 day per full year up to a maximum of 33 days.
- Company pension scheme - 8% of base salary.
- Private medical insurance after the first 3 months.

- Free on-site parking.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. A car driver would be beneficial due to the location.
