HAR Labcorp Early Development Laboratories Limited is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Weekend Animal Facility Technician. This role involves providing sanitized caging and equipment to our animal facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

As a Weekend Animal Facility Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment within our specialized laboratories. Your responsibilities will include operating cage washing equipment, removing waste and processing it correctly, collecting and transporting goods, and assisting in the movement of animals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment within the animal facility.
  • Operating specialized cage washing equipment to ensure proper sanitation.
  • Removing waste materials and processing them according to established protocols.
  • Collecting and transporting supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Providing support in the safe and humane movement of animals within the facility.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and develop new skills quickly.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.

A full UK driver's license would be beneficial but is not required.
