Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Business Strategy and Leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and research in the field of International Business Strategy, with a particular focus on its practical applications to real business issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the subject area.
- Contribute to the development of the curriculum and engage in academic management roles for personal development and community impact.
- Conduct research and knowledge transfer activities aligned with the School's Research and Enterprise Strategy.
- Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative teaching and learning programs.
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality education and research in the field of International Business Strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
