About the Role:
The Landmark Hotel London Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to recipe specifications and quality control procedures.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes, working closely with the sous chef team.
- Take ownership of a section in the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
- Maintain good working relationships with all kitchen team members, support departments, and other hotel staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
