Building Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Technical Moves. As a Building Surveyor - Technical Expert, you will be responsible for leading and managing diverse building surveying projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full building and structural surveys, providing expert advice and reports.
• Offer expertise in construction, design, project management, party walls, dilapidations, and expert witness work.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met at every stage.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the team.

Requirements:

• Chartered Building Surveyor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ideal candidate will be based in East Anglia with willingness to travel to London and the Home Counties.
• Essex-based candidates welcome, with hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
