We are currently seeking two new staff members to join our team at our well-established children's day nursery and preschool in Henley. Due to expansion, we are looking for individuals who can contribute to our small, friendly team.
We are looking for an Early Years Nursery Practitioner with good EYFS knowledge, ideally qualified to level 2/3 or above. The successful candidate will work closely with children to provide high-quality care and education.
The Room Leader will be responsible for leading our small team, requiring excellent leadership skills, great communication, and a team player attitude. Benefits include:

- Providing a high-quality, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
We offer various courses for staff looking to develop their qualifications, including NVQs, Early Years Foundation Degrees, and more.
Hours: We are ideally looking for candidates who can work full-time, 4 days a week (8-6pm), with one set day off. We can also consider part-time hours (2 or 3 full days per week, 8-6pm).
