Job Title: Compensation Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the access rights of customers connected to our network. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring a safe, reliable, and fair network for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with access rights and obligations by all parties, including customers and DNO/IDNOs.
  • Support the development of new access products to accelerate new connections to the SSEN network.
  • Maintain the central ledger of rights and obligations and serve as a point of reference for all functions across SSEN.
  • Coordinate and maintain internal processes to account for changes to the framework for access rights in line with national codes such as DCUSA and DCode.
  • Translate regulatory and code requirements and embed them in business processes and controls.
  • Be commercially aware and proficient in contract management and enforcement using agreed processes.
  • Have a good understanding of network development, new connection requirements, and engineering and commercial processes for assessing connections to networks.
