Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solicitor/Associate to join its Land and Rural team on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling complex rural title registration for farms and estates, as well as non-transactional trust and executry conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate registration projects across the Land and Rural team, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Support colleagues with transactional work as needed, providing expert guidance and advice.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to financial policies, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years' PQE with experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputable law firm.
  • Strong drafting skills with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a commercial focus, driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
