The Therapist position focuses on assisting children, young individuals, and care leavers in enhancing their emotional health and ensuring stability in their placements. Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with foster carers and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within established clinical governance frameworks
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary team discussions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualification in Counselling or Therapy
  • Experience working with children, young people, and professionals
  • Ability to function effectively in both team settings and independently
  • Knowledge of trauma, attachment theories, and therapeutic practices
  • Experience in facilitating group sessions
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
