**Location:** Sutton in Ashfield

**Duration:** 8 weeks

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham) on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between our head office and suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate stock levels and manage inbound stock queries from customers.
  • Liaise with warehouses and suppliers to track shipment schedules and update customers accordingly.
  • Handle a high volume of documentation related to stock coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to align stock availability with customer orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between all relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing customer stock levels and dealing with suppliers.
  • Familiarity with import processes.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Experience in the fabrics or textile industry is an advantage but not essential.
