About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Services Contracts Engineer to join our team at Tozer Associates. As a Mechanical Contracts Engineer, you will play a key role in managing ongoing projects and providing commercial and practical engineering contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate with the team and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide commercial and practical engineering contract management, taking financial control of projects and managing budgets.
  • Manage, guide, and direct Mechanical operatives and Subcontractors on projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with tendering traditional and Design and Build submissions, leveraging your expertise to secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop a good understanding of health and safety issues, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, negotiable circa £40k - £55k per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a pension scheme, mobile phone, laptop, free onsite parking, and a company car.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 and AM2 or NVQ level 3, or
  • ONC/HNC or higher in Building Services
