Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Wilson Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: Clean guest rooms and common areas to an exceptional standard, ensuring all areas are presentable and meet the required specifications.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure that every corner is spotless and that nothing is overlooked. From tidying rooms to deep-cleaning, your keen eye will be essential.
  • Daily Housekeeping Tasks: Perform regular housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and changing bed linens and towels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and to meet the needs of guests efficiently. Strong communication is key to this role.
Requirements:
  • Motivation & Drive: You are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to maintain productivity during busy periods.
  • High Cleaning Standards: Ability to clean to a high standard with strong attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: A strong team player who can communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the needs of guests are met.
  • Cheerful & Welcoming Personality: You bring a warm and positive attitude to work and make guests feel welcome.
  • Physical Fitness: The role involves standing, bending, lifting, and carrying, so candidates must be physically fit and able to handle these demands.
  • Trustworthy & Honest: You must be reliable and take pride in your work, ensuring the utmost care is taken with guests' belongings.
