Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote the health and well-being of our customers.
  • Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, to ensure their safety and independence.
  • Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families to meet their individual needs.
  • Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
