Inspired Villages is a leading provider of later living communities, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial modelling and analytical support for key strategic and investment projects, including debt raising, acquisitions, and new sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including three-way financial statement models, and apply best practice financial modelling principles.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Analysis team to provide analytical insights and support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, and external advisors.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel financial modelling skills, with experience of building or working with three-way financial statement models.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
- Ability to present complex data and analysis in a high-impact visual manner to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a similar type of organisation in a financial modelling/data analysis role.
