• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for our product portfolio, driving innovation and market leadership.

• Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring excellence in product management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including architects and contractors, to ensure our products meet industry needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in product or portfolio management within the building materials, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
• A strategic mindset and strong leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with key office days on designated days.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000.
• A car allowance of £9,500.
