Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Triple S Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our civil engineering projects in the North West area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day setting out on site and monitor the work of subcontractors and operatives.
  • Monitor health, safety, and quality on site.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • HNC or above qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the civil engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
