We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administration professional to join our team at CRC Mortgages. As a Mortgage Administration professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with underwriters and internal teams to understand and contribute to a streamlined mortgage application process.
  • Partner with experienced Mortgage Brokers to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their mortgage journey.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and prepare to advance to an Adviser role.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Mortgage Administration role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and prioritize career development.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary package up to £25,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus scheme and on-site parking.
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Location:

Based in L30, with opportunities for hybrid working.

Ability to commute/relocate: Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
