We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality team in Woking. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for developing and implementing quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Procurement team to monitor and communicate the performance of quality critical suppliers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Represent the UK & Ireland business in work with the global organisation.
Requirements
  • Degree level in a technical subject, such as chemical or mechanical engineering.
  • Or circa 4 years relevant working experience in an operational, engineering or Safety, Health, Quality role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of broad business and health & safety risk exposures, as well as the impact of non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, or lead auditor qualification, or membership of the Chartered Quality Institute.
  • Good IT skills, with knowledge of quality management systems.
