**About the Role**
Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Controller. As a key member of our Credit Control function, you will be responsible for managing an Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio and ensuring the smooth transition of the order to cash cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- Oversee the day-to-day credit control and collections functions, working closely with the Sales team to release orders and resolve queries.
- Communicate effectively with customers to collect due debt and discuss account status and actions.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile accounts and provide accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support change management initiatives within the Credit Team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance methodology and account reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
