Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Wealth Managers by updating and maintaining Confidential Financial Reviews.
- Process Letters of Authority and follow up as necessary.
- Oversee the management of incoming funds.
- Execute fund switches and prepare corresponding documentation.
- Conduct pipeline reviews and respond to client inquiries, both technical and administrative.
- Utilize Salesforce and Business Trackers to manage workflow efficiently.
- Coordinate outsourced administrative processes and ensure quality support.
- Engage in continuous professional development towards the Associate Wealth Manager role.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, confidence, and exceptional organizational skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take initiative.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services is preferred.
- Willingness to pursue CII examinations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and strong IT skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive approach.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively towards shared objectives.
