Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AWD online. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth across the designated territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fabricators, installers, trade counters, architects, and main construction contractors
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and product benefits
- Identify new market trends and implement sales strategies to stay competitive
- Track customer interactions and provide accurate forecasting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the construction market in North East England, with a network of contacts in the industry
- Ability to assimilate knowledge of our window products and commercial acumen
- Articulate and numerate to a high level, with excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and previous experience of the fenestration market, with prior dealings with fabricators, contractors, and architects
