At Tech4 Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software through CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with development teams to streamline and enhance the software delivery process.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
- Automate operational processes and enhance deployment strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and availability.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps and infrastructure management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and practices for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Expertise in managing and monitoring VMware environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or VMware.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
We offer excellent training and career development opportunities for the right candidate. The salary range is £50-55,000 + excellent benefits. The role is based in Chorley (Lancashire) and remote in a hybrid setup.
