Job Opportunity for Physics Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Tutor to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves, a leading education recruitment agency. As a Physics Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to students in Physics, helping them to excel in this challenging subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted support to students in Physics, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, to help them develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
  • Collaborate with teachers in the Science department to design and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities.
  • Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level exams, helping them build confidence in key topics and concepts.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inspiring learning environment, encouraging a passion for Physics and Science.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adapting tutoring approaches to meet individual learning needs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Physics or a related subject, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • A passion for education and helping students succeed, with a proactive and supportive approach.
  • Experience tutoring or teaching Physics (desirable but not essential for graduates).
