Early Years Educator

At Inspired Education Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Davenport Lodge Nursery School.
About the RoleThe Early Years Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 2-5 years, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to implement it in practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of individual children.
- Assess and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience working with young children, particularly 2-5-year-olds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and relevant legislation.
