At Capita Health Assessment Advisory Service, we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating the health and well-being of individuals, providing expert advice to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' health conditions and disabilities
  • Develop comprehensive reports to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective assessments
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare research and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1 year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
  • Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or other)
  • Excellent observational and communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and produce high-quality reports
  • Proficiency in using IT and Microsoft Office

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £38,500 plus up to 5% training bonus
  • 25 days' holiday (rising to 27 after 5 years) with the opportunity to buy extra leave
  • Annual professional registration fee reimbursed and supported revalidation
