We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that meet their physical and mental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards. You will also have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
