Job Title: Senior Early Help Practitioner

We are working closely with a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a Senior Early Help Practitioner on a 3-month contract, which may be extended at the client's discretion. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £23.56 - £30.79 per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver course outlines, conduct initial and diagnostic assessments, and interview potential students.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to plan courses, submit schemes of work and lesson plans, and share these with team members.
  • Establish a supportive learning environment that values diversity and promotes student confidence and safety.
  • Set challenging teaching and learning objectives that cater to the course and students' needs.
  • Effectively manage the learning process, guiding and supporting students, and differentiating teaching to meet their needs and interests.
Requirements:
  • First degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A qualification at least one level higher than the course to be taught.
  • Experience in ongoing professional development in relevant fields.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
