About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Stores Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our stores and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers are happy and have a great experience.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues that may arise.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are well stocked.
  • Develop and implement agreed stores management services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes.
  • Consistent delivery of agreed specific KPIs and targets.
  • Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes.
  • Work with team to plan and manage stock in line with specific requirements.
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in a retail or logistics environment.
  • Customer service-oriented with knowledge of business practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in office package – excel, word etc.
  • Well-organised, excellent multitasker with time management skills.
