About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ground Control. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation of an assigned programme of tree works in the South Wales area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project outputs and performance, ensuring safety, quality, production, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Coordinator and take necessary actions to ensure projects are processed efficiently.
  • Provide timely and effective reporting and communication to the Contract Delivery Manager.
  • Ensure tree cutting teams have a suitable work bank and are fully utilised across the wider contract.
  • Update and manage the Work Programme, SD Programme, Held Up Programme, and Planning checklists.
  • Resolve Held-Up spans that require client resolution to obtain consent.
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Well-developed team management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance demands from numerous sources.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
