Be Caring - Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes and achieve their goals
  • Connect people to their communities and access local support services
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals
