Senior Solicitor (Investment)

As a key member of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Head of Legal – Investment and other senior solicitors to provide a proactive and professional legal service to Homes England.

The purpose of this role is to provide expert legal advice and support to our development finance team, focusing on:

  • Transaction advisory services, including due diligence and contract negotiation;
  • Risk management and mitigation strategies to maximize investment recovery;
  • Supporting projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in corporate, corporate finance, and commercial law, including banking, restructuring, and company law. You will also need to be highly motivated, able to work in a team, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
