We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Supervisor to join our team at Reliable Contractors Limited. This is a permanent position with long-term work available for 8 years on a PAYE basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise groundworks teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and plan groundworks activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Skilled tradesperson with experience working on civils packages or projects.
- CSCS Card Blue (Skilled Worker).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
