We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Section Leader to join our team at Asda Bangor Farrar Road. As a Section Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Assist with training and development of colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and that customers can find what they need
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve store goals and objectives
