Project Engineer / Manager

Gerrell & Hard Careers is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer / Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Coordinate with functional departments to ensure project deliverables meet quality, timing, and cost targets.
  • Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project spend, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables, managing achievement of project milestones and facilitating customer sign-off.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Knowledge of automotive product development processes and activities.
  • Computer literacy, with advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, and MS Project expertise preferred.
