Position Overview

In collaboration with the President & Vice-Chancellor, the Associate Vice-Chancellor will be instrumental in advancing the objectives outlined in our strategic framework. This role involves overseeing UCA's Academic Schools and leading strategic initiatives aimed at fostering cultural and organizational transformation. The Associate Vice-Chancellor will also play a key role in promoting new operational methodologies and engaging staff in our evolving narrative.

This position demands a high level of expertise within a multifaceted organization that is committed to ambitious strategic goals. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in executing organization-wide strategic initiatives and a proven ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards shared objectives.
