Job Title: Driver LGV Class 2

At Stericycle, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver LGV Class 2 to join our Transportation team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the safe and timely movement and transportation of clinical and industrial waste.

Job Purpose

As a Driver LGV Class 2, you will contribute to the safe and efficient transportation of waste, ensuring compliance with EU Working Time Directive (EU hours) and ADR Transportation Regulations. You will work closely with our Service Managers and Service Coordinators to provide excellent customer service and support the team in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily schedules to agreed routes and timings.
  • Complete specific documentation required by legislation and corporate procedures in relation to drivers' hours and WTD.
  • Comply with all statutory requirements related to Road Traffic Act and other relevant legislation connected to the vehicle, driver's hours, and digital Tachograph records.
  • Comply with all relevant ADR/hazardous goods legislation requirements.
  • Comply with company standard operating procedures.
  • Act as a customer contact at delivery point of service.
  • Attend specific work instructions, trainings, and staff meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Previous driving experience preferred.
  • Required: LGV Class 2 Licence, Driver CPC.
  • Preferred: ADR Training.
