Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Empire Kitchens & Appliances. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service-focused team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a sales and service-focused team to deliver high levels of customer service and sales figures.
  • Resolve customer issues and queries effectively, both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Maximise daily sales and ensure stock levels are kept to company needs and pricing is checked on a regular basis.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a team that delivers excellent customer service.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work to cover additional hours where required and be willing to cover others on occasion to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • A trust-worthy, reliable, and people-friendly manager who leads from the front and has a proven track record in retail sales and management.
  • Experience in leading a sales and service-focused team who achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and meet the physical requirements of the role.
  • A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.
