Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASC Connections Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders using our accounting software, Sage.
  • Handle queries from customers and suppliers via phone and email.
  • File and maintain orders, delivery notes, and invoices in a secure and organized manner.
  • Liaise with our factory team to coordinate delivery dates and schedules.
  • Conduct stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist with general administration tasks within the team, including updating spreadsheets and completing formulas.

Requirements:

  • Experience in processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in using Sage and Microsoft packages.
