Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASC Connections Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders using our accounting software, Sage.
- Handle queries from customers and suppliers via phone and email.
- File and maintain orders, delivery notes, and invoices in a secure and organized manner.
- Liaise with our factory team to coordinate delivery dates and schedules.
- Conduct stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with general administration tasks within the team, including updating spreadsheets and completing formulas.
Requirements:
- Experience in processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in using Sage and Microsoft packages.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate dependent on experience.
- Free parking on site and easy access by public transport.
- A flexible working schedule of 15 hours per week, with 3 hours per day across Monday to Friday.
