About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Sodexo Live. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality menu items that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present menu items to the highest culinary standards.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional food and kitchen operations.
  • Inspect and receive goods to ensure quality and standards are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, staff, and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company Personal and Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain buffet and stock levels of food and beverage items.
  • Train and guide service staff on food presentation and display.
  • Ensure sufficient preparation for the next shift.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous chef experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge.
  • Good customer service skills.
Package Description
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Earlies and late shifts.
  • £13 per hour.
